Declan, Thank you for your message. I have passed it to Derrick Griffin (Branch Secretary) to deal with. I have looked on Ian Dixon's site Redcap70 and cannot drop on the photograph you mention in the squad list. No doubt Derrick will be able to sort things for you. Regards David Prince.

Hi I am trying to locate a Mr Derrick Griffin regarding an entry in Redcap70.net. I am trying to trace a Squad photo of Squad 039, specifically regarding a Charles Croll who was in this squad. He has passed away, however his widow is desperate to obtain a copy of his squad photo. I notice from the Redcap website that there was a squad photograph and Mr griffin is listed as a contributor (not sure whether he has the photo). I would be most grateful if you would pass this email on or point me in a direction to further this quest. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can give.
Regards

Hi Kevin
Good to hear from you and to know you are still with us. We still meet on the first saturday of each month only the venue as changed. The meetings take place at the Craven Arms which is further up the hill in Gough St. The club changed hands and is now a heavy metal rock club and only opens in the evenings.
Thanks for the comments Best wishes
Derrick

Please pass on my fondest regards to all Branch members who may remember me from my time there in mid/late 90s. Back in UK after some years in Saudi Arabia. Must try and match a visit to Brum with a Branch meeting. Keep up the good work.

Many thanks for your kind regards Ken, I wasn't at Portsmouth but did make the dedication of the new memorial at the NMA as you will have seen from the photo gallery. The site is twelve months old next week and I hope it has helped us to keep in touch, I think it has been worth the effort.
Our next meeting is on Saturday so if Roy makes it I'll pass on your best wishes. Regards to all in NA. - David.
